My MMA Saturday Training

What did your Saturday workout consist of? For me it was a cardio day!! Warmups consist of shadow boxing for 10 minutes and running for 10 minutes. Just getting our body’s ready and warm to spar and making sure we are loose to cause no injuries. Rounds were 5 minute rounds; we did 8 to 10 rounds of sparring. That was my Saturday workout! What did you do??
