Salty Snack

Sometimes you just crave a little salty snack but don’t necessarily want the calories. Here is a quick and easy recipe to kick the salt snack craving!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, broken into bite-size pieces
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
  • Wash the broken cauliflower pieces
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Place the cauliflower pieces in a large bowl and toss with the oil
  • Sprinkle the cauliflower with the salt
  • Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for about 20-25 minutes until the cauliflower is golden brown
