Muscle Foods USA Employee Ian Williams Completes Marine Corps Marathon
The 39th Marine Corps Marathon (MCM) was held on October 26, 2014 in Washington DC with participants ranging from just 14 years of age and up. The MCM is often referred to as the “Marathon of the Monuments,” as the scenic route. It is quite impressive as the race crosses some of the most beautiful landscape and national monuments the nation’s capital has to offer. The 26.2 mile marathon begins in Arlington, VA on Route 110 between and moves through Rosslyn along Lee Highway before turning on Spout Run and the George Washington Parkway. We might suggest strapping a GoPro camera to your head in order to capture the picturesque trail if you’re not concerned with time.
Ian Williams, Assistant Warehouse Manager at Muscle Foods USA finished the MCM with a time of just 3:45:31 last weekend. We’d like to congratulate Ian on his accomplishment! Health and wellness is contagious here at Muscle Foods USA and we hope it’s rubbing off on YOU as well.
