Heart Healthy Avocado Dip

INGREDIENTS
- 4 large avocados
- 1 cup non fat Greek yogurt
- 2 diced tomatos
- Cholua Chipotle Sauce (to taste)
- Sea salt and black pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Mash avocados with a fork to make a smooth, creamy texture
- Add yogurt, tomato, Choula Chipotle. Blend together either with a fork or in a food processor
- Add sea salt and fresh black pepper to taste
- Serve chilled with veggies, whole grain chips, whole grain crackers or mini rice cakes
(Let chill for at least an hour before serving…Enjoy!)
