Heart Healthy Avocado Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 large avocados
  • 1 cup non fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 diced tomatos
  • Cholua Chipotle Sauce (to taste)
  • Sea salt and black pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mash avocados with a fork to make a smooth, creamy texture
  2. Add yogurt, tomato, Choula Chipotle. Blend together either with a fork or in a food processor
  3. Add sea salt and fresh black pepper to taste
  4. Serve chilled with veggies, whole grain chips, whole grain crackers or mini rice cakes
