CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN BROWNIES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 SCOOPS CHOCOLATE BIG BLEND PROTEIN
  • ¼ CUP ALMOND FLOUR
  • 2 WHOLE EGGS
  • 3 EGG WHITES
  • ALMOND BUTTER

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 375
  2. SPRAY BROWNIE PAN WITH NON-STICK COOKING SPRAY
  3. MIX PROTEIN POWDER, ALMOND FLOUR AND EGGS IN MIXING BOWL UNTIL YOU GET A SMOOTH CONSISTENCY
  4. POUR MIXTURE INTO BROWNIE PAN
  5. PUT DOLLOPS OF ALMOND BUTTER THROUGHOUT THE PAN, ABOUT AN INCH APART AS IT WERE BEING PLACED IN THE CENTER OF EACH BROWNIE
  6. BAKE FOR 25-35 MIN UNTIL CENTER IS COOKED THROUGH
