Aloha Isopure Protein Shake

This one is one of my favorites since I love tropical fruits. Sometimes post workout it can be very refreshing to have a cold and fruit tasting smoothie! Try out this recipe to quench your thirst and recover for your post workout.
Aloha Isopure Protein Shake
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 scoop Isopure Pineapple Orange Banana Zero Carb Whey
- 1 kiwi
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup egg whites
- ( you can add in banana for extra thickness)
DIRECTIONS:
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
