Salty Snack

Sometimes you just crave a little salty snack but don’t necessarily want the calories. Here is a quick and easy recipe to kick the salt snack craving!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 medium head cauliflower, broken into bite-size pieces
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
- Wash the broken cauliflower pieces
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Place the cauliflower pieces in a large bowl and toss with the oil
- Sprinkle the cauliflower with the salt
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes until the cauliflower is golden brown
