Protein Packed Candy Cane Shake

This is a great treat to satisfy your holiday cravings!
INGREDIENTS:
- 5 drops of peppermint extract, to taste
- 1-2 packets Truvia/stevia based sweetener
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 scoops Vanilla Champion Whey Protein ( can switch this out with another brand)
- ½ cup cottage cheese
- ice
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients above into blender and mix.
