Protein Packed Candy Cane Shake

This is a great treat to satisfy your  holiday cravings!

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 5 drops of peppermint extract, to taste
  • 1-2 packets Truvia/stevia based sweetener
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Champion Whey Protein ( can switch this out with another brand)
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • ice

 

DIRECTIONS:

Add all ingredients above into blender and mix.
