Using simple ingredients and premium cuts of beef (and again, zero sugar), our chef has made an authentic version of the South African snack that all jerky fans are sure to love. This is as authentic as biltong gets here in the US. We keep it simple with a chef-crafted blend of spices and let the real star, the meat, bring the flavor.
