Water is the most important thing that our bodies need besides oxygen. It gets rid of toxins, hydrates your internal organs and importantly external organ ” your skin. It also helps you with fat loss. Drinking about 2-3 liters a day is the perfect amount to help you get rid of extra fat and help release free radicals. If you have a tough time consuming this amount of water you can add amino acids in your bottle and it would certainly help you drink a lot more water throughout the day. I really try to drink close to a gallon or gallon and a half daily. Make sure to be prepared by having a water bottle everywhere you go.
