DESIGNER WHEY’S CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
- 1 large banana, mashed
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour 1 scoop Designer Whey Gourmet Chocolate protein powder
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ cup peanut butter, smooth or chunky
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Pinch of salt
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- Preheat oven to 350F and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray. 2. In a medium size bowl, melt peanut butter and coconut oil in the microwave for about 20 seconds on high and then mix. 3. Next, add in banana and mash. Make sure everything is smooth (unless of course you use chunky peanut butter). 4. Then, add in coconut flour, Designer Whey Gourmet Chocolate Protein Powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Then mix. The consistency of your batter should be similar to brownie batter. 5. Using a small cookie scoop, scoop batter onto baking sheet. 6. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
Yields 16-20 small cookies.
