Add Nuts ‘N More to Your Diet

What has high protein, small serving size, naturally packed with energy, low in saturated fats, low in sugar, and sodium yet tastes amazing and is a great way to live a healthy lifestyle? Well this product does exist, and it does so with a multitude of flavors that range from chocolate, to toffee, cinnamon raisin, almond, and original peanut butter. Oh, and did I mention that it’s incredibly affordable, costs about 50 cents per serving and can be eaten alone, or mixed in a million different ways depending on what you like? Is the suspense killing you? Okay, well this product has burst onto the scene, and its title is “Nuts’n more.”

An American based company out of Rhode Island, has created a product that can be used by any family, or any athlete across the board. It can be utilized by virtually anyone as long as you don’t have any nut allergies! As an athlete I’ve used this product since last September, and it makes its way into my meal plans each and every day! For breakfast I toast a slice of Ezekiel bread and spread a thin layer of Cinnamon Raisin on to give me that old raisin bread taste that I miss from years ago! I’ll also use a tablespoon of the chocolate flavor to flavor my oats in the morning to kick up the protein content, and break up the monotony of oats every day.

They also include some additional omegas to fortify the blend, and to make it even healthier. They use organic flax seeds, and the fiber content keeps the actual carbs to only 2g per serving! Most of us don’t get enough omegas to begin with, so any additional omegas that we can get each day is a bonus. Also for a peanut butter based product the sodium is incredibly low, only 4mg per serving which is a fraction of the most popular protein shakes. Most bars and shakes exceed 300mg per serving easily.

Peter Ferreira, Dennis Iannotti, and Neil Cameron invented Nuts N’More and is currently available in more than 40 stores across the country and in Canada. Additionally, Muscle Foods USA is a whole supplement company that carries all the flavors, and even their new whey protein for your post work out or meal replacement shakes. You can use the whey protein in baking as well as the peanut butter blends. They all adapt really well as a substitute in any recipe, and will reduce fat, sugar, sodium and will add a nice amount of protein. Peanut butter cookies are a given, but chocolate peanut butter brownies, waffles, pancakes, and oatmeal raisin cookies are all amazing. This product is extremely versatile! If you have a sweet tooth at night the toffee flavor is amazing to curve that craving and to keep the guilt factor away completely!
